Laetitia Puyfaucher – Chairman and Co-founder

Laetitia is a graduate of HEC, CEMS (London School of Economics – Master of Management), Sciences Po (The Institute for Political Studies in Paris) and the Sorbonne (Master’s degree in semiotics). Winner of the 1999
Nico Colchester Prize, awarded by The Economist and the Financial Times, she created WordAppeal in June 2000. Laetitia co-wrote “Le média humain” (“The Human Media”), a book about the dangers and opportunities of social media for corporations. She also takes part in the Institut Montaigne’s research: her collaboration includes reports on Europe’s energy policy and the shale gas debate.

Today, her responsibilities include managing WordAppeal, providing clients with strategic guidance and developing new services.

Laetitia was awarded the Trajectoires HEC au Féminin 2011 Prize. In 2013, she was also named one of the World Economic Forum’s Young Global Leaders and “Business Women” at the “Femmes en Or” Trophies.

Laetitia Puyfaucher is a shareholder in Pelham Media Ltd., WordAppeal’s parent company. She is also a member of Steria (RIA)’s Supervisory Board and la Compagnie Lebon (LBON)’s Board of Directors.

Emmanuel Simonneau – Member of the Board

Emmanuel began his career serving the French government abroad. In 1994, he joined the Paris office of KPMG, an international audit, tax and advisory firm, as a project manager specialising in the mass retail and consumer electronics sectors. After become part of the Sigma Group in 1998, he was named Investment Director in 2000 and Executive Board President for the Group in 2002. In 2004, he created Sigma Gestion, an asset management firm with an initial public offering agreement with France’s public authority for investor protection ( Autorités des marchés financiers - AMF). Today, Sigma Gestion is a subsidiary of the Gérard Auffray Group, managing 8 FIPs, 4 FCPIs and 4 private investment holdings for approximately 60 million euros of total assets under management.


Jean-Sébastien Brégain – Director

Jean-Sébastien is a graduate of Sciences Po Paris, with a Masters in History from the Sorbonne. He leads commercial development, defining and continually improving the agency’s offer. His responsibilities include consultancy work, including providing strategic advice to major agency clients.

Jean-Sébastien is also an expert in online financial and corporate communications. He joined WordAppeal in 2004.

Ismaïl Diedhiou – VP Strategy

Ismaïl holds a degree from HEC Paris.

He began his career as an associate consultant at Bain & Company before taking on a product management role within a telecoms start-up. Ismaïl also serves as marketing director for several operators, where he was in charge of the B2B Internet offer. He then created and managed a TVoIP provider.

Today he spearheads the agency’s Strategy offer (editorial strategy, social media and enterprise social networks, digital communications, crisis communications and change management).

Ismaïl joined WordAppeal in 2012.

Benoît Drouillat –UX & Digital Director

Benoît holds a Masters in Letters.

He worked mainly in the field of interactive design before joining WordAppeal in 2006 as the agency’s creative director.

Co-director of the publication Interfaces Numériques (Lavoisier), Benoît is also the president and founder of *designers interactifs*, France’s first professional organization for interaction designers.

Named UX & Digital Director in 2014, Benoît is responsible for the user experience component of the agency’s projects.

Grégoire Demont – Chief Financial Officer

Grégoire earned his degree from the l’Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Rouen in financial engineering.

Before joining the agency in 2011, he worked for 7 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he audited companies in the entertainment sector.

Grégoire oversees accounting and administrative management, financial control, and general operations.

Delphine Fleury - Editorial Director

Delphine is a graduate of the Paris Institute for Political Science (Sciences Po). She heads the agency’s editorial creation and production activities. Her responsibilities include managing a portfolio of major clients and developing new offers. Delphine specialises in editorial projects with a specific marketing angle, particularly in the banking and insurance sectors. She joined WordAppeal in 2004.
