50 years, millions of stories
Anniversaries are a rare opportunity to elevate a reputation and image, but they are also a key time to bring teams together.
It was a joy to dive into the lives of the people who helped turn a small Grenoble startup into a global leader in just a few decades. For storytellers like us, it was a goldmine because 50 years of history means 50 years of stories—and we found some great ones.
A few key moments:
“In the footsteps of Serge Kampf,” a film about the founder
This one struck a chord. Why? Because it’s personal. Capgemini’s founder passed away the year before the anniversary. It was important to honor him with a film and to hear from those who knew him—board members, early colleagues, Paul Hermelin of course, rugby players and his grandchildren.
A motion design for 50 years of innovation
Did you know Capgemini played a role in IATA systems and ATM networks? This film goes inside the projects that have shaped five decades of tech innovation.

Internal challenge
“Move for Education.” Mission accomplished. Staff logged 418,000 kilometers -more than the distance to the moon- in five months for three education-focused projects in India, Guatemala and France. A strong social media push and 200,000 employees posting helped the campaign reach nearly 300 million impressions and set a world record in India.
The year closed with a spectacular gala at the Orangerie de Versailles with 1,000 guests.
