Internal communication Strategic plan 2025

Explaining, energizing and uniting teams around a strategic vision 

When Carrefour CEO Alexandre Bompard unveiled the group’s new strategic plan, Carrefour 2026, WordAppeal launched an informative and engaging communications campaign on the company’s internal social network, Workplace. 

The communication strategy centered on video content that made the strategy tangible for teams: 

  • “Direct Line” was a 35-minute program split into short, themed segments. Filmed inside a Carrefour hypermarket, it created a space for direct dialogue between Bompard and employees. 
  • “Data, Decoded” broke down individual objectives and explained how the company plans to meet them through animation. 
  • “On the Ground” gave a behind-the-scenes view of how Carrefour is putting its goals into action alongside partners and suppliers. 

The agency also supports Bompard’s speaking engagements and produces related presentation materials. In 2024, WordAppeal created the annual highlight video for Carrefour’s shareholder meeting. Since 2019, it has also produced editorial content for the company’s Universal Registration Document.
