Ready to challenge your colleagues while uncovering the mysteries of finance?

For the Connected Challenge of Mobilize Financial Services, Renault Group’s financial arm, WordAppeal designs and runs an interactive program to help employees understand key financial concepts. The challenge for MFS is to make complex topics such as captive banks and risk management both accessible and engaging. In response, WordAppeal has rolled out a series of monthly challenges through a dedicated app, including quizzes and fun activities over three months. Each stage, such as Banking Quest or Risk Zone, is designed to deepen knowledge while keeping the experience dynamic.

Support includes the development of an engagement plan, the creation of interactive formats such as motion designs and explanatory carousels and the implementation of a promotion plan to encourage participation. At the end of the program, performance indicators measure the impact of the challenges and overall engagement. Through this approach, Mobilize strengthens its teams’ knowledge in an innovative and playful way.
