How can the company ensure consistency across its social media ecosystem in all activities and regions? WordAppeal takes on the challenge with the Social Room.

Back in 2018, WordAppeal created the Social Room for TotalEnergies, a team responsible for centralizing and coordinating social media management across more than 120 subsidiaries worldwide. Through this project, about 300 accounts on platforms such as LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, X and Instagram receive daily strategic and operational support.

To keep messages consistent and effective, the agency regularly organizes webinars to train and inform local teams, along with engagement sessions to boost participation. A monthly newsletter highlights key moments and network updates. WordAppeal also provides in-depth analytics, delivering a monthly report by geographic area (Asia-Pacific, Middle East, Europe, Americas) to help each region adjust and maximize its impact. Finally, by managing an internal community on VivaEngage, the agency strengthens collaboration and engagement. Thanks to these efforts, TotalEnergies has succeeded in unifying its digital voice on a global scale!
