WordAppeal’s management is built around account directors who develop an in-depth understanding of client challenges. These managers bring specific expertise to editorial communication projects while also supporting teams in developing their skills.

Parcours

Lorenzo holds a degree from Sciences Po Paris and an Executive MBA from EDHEC Business School. He began his career in the international relations department of the Alliance Française in Paris before joining Pelham Media.
Until 2015, he led the Pelham Media teams based in the T1 Tower (ENGIE headquarters), overseeing the Group’s internal communications program.
He later served as CEO of Pelham Media.

Since 2022, Lorenzo has been President of the Pelham Media Group, coordinating the leadership teams of WordAppeal, KCO Event, L’Eclaireur, and Alto International.
He is also a member of the Executive Committee of the Les Echos – Le Parisien Group.

Jean-Sébastien holds a Master's degree in Communication and Marketing from Sciences Po Paris and a Master's degree in History from Paris-IV Sorbonne University.
He joined WordAppeal in 2004 to lead its commercial development.
He has been Managing Director of WordAppeal (since 2012) and Pelham Media (since 2025).

A specialist in internal and external corporate digital communication issues, he assists the agency's major clients in defining their content strategies.

Jean-Sébastien is responsible for the overall coordination of the agency's teams and directly manages certain projects, notably Valeo (digital communication), Carrefour (editorial communication, CSR and video), Thales (strategic communication and CSR) and Printemps (editorial and digital communication).

A graduate of ESCP Europe (Media Management), Amandine also holds a Master's degree in Communication Law from Paris-II-Assas. After gaining initial experience at the agency, she developed an entrepreneurial project (Le Spleen, a French manufacturer of exceptional slippers).
Amandine returned to Pelham Media in January 2023 to manage the Group's major cross-functional operations.

Expertises

Amandine coordinates events that draw on the cross-functional skills of the Pelham Media group (company anniversaries, seminars, strategic plans). She also coordinates the agency's video teams.

Projets

Amandine supports editorial and video communication projects for LVMH and its brands (HR and employer branding communication, internal communication). She also manages accounts for Capgemini (integrated reporting, editorial and event communication), Edenred (digital communication) and Clarins (video production).

Parcours

Ismaïl holds a degree from HEC Paris.

He began his career as an associate consultant at Bain & Company before taking on a product management role within a telecoms start-up. Ismaïl also serves as marketing director for several operators, where he was in charge of the B2B Internet offer. He then created and managed a TVoIP provider.

Today he spearheads the agency’s Strategy offer (editorial strategy, social media and enterprise social networks, digital communications, crisis communications and change management).

Parcours

A graduate of the École des Hautes Études en Sciences Sociales (EHESS) and IESEG, Gwénaëlle focused on financial and extra-financial communication. She worked as a communications consultant and then manager at Capitalcom before joining WordAppeal.

She oversees the design and production of corporate reports (activity reports, integrated reports, CSR/ESG reports, CSRD reports, etc.), shareholder and stakeholder relations initiatives, the organisation of AGMs, etc.

An American-British national who has lived in France for over 10 years, Edward managed projects for ENGIE, Faurecia, Lafarge, Mazars, Orange and FIFA at Pelham Media until 2016. Then, as Programme Director at Five by Five, he advised Euler Hermes, BNP Paribas, Mission French Tech and others, notably overseeing the French Tech Barometer on relations between large groups and start-ups.

In 2018, Edward joined WordAppeal as Vice President of Innovation and is responsible for developing offerings around bots, voice, sound design, ‘zero UI,’ etc.

A graduate of Sciences Po Paris with a Master's degree in Information and Media from ESCP, Soline began her career at Temps Réel as a project manager and editor before joining Pema Corporate, where she held successive positions as group manager, project director and client director. In 2001, she joined the Angie Edition agency, where she became associate director in 2014, a position she held for five years.

In 2021, Soline joined WordAppeal as Editorial Director, supporting the agency's major accounts from content strategy definition to production, ensuring the formal perfection of deliverables and compliance with editorial guidelines.

A graduate of HEC Paris with a Master's degree in Management Sciences from Paris IX-Dauphine University, Georges began his professional career at LVMH – Moët Hennessy UK. He joined WordAppeal in 2022 after gaining entrepreneurial experience at the helm of Elzevir, a boutique agency specialising in premium content creation.

Expertises

At WordAppeal, his responsibilities as Editorial Vice President include coordinating the production of brand platforms and manifestos, and defining and implementing publishing materials such as books, reports and brand magazines.
