5 new hires, 5 nationalities

Spain, Lebanon, the United States, Belgium, France… all of Pelham Media Ltd.’s 5 newest team members come from different countries !

At Pelham MediaJason Daury, has been named Global Content and Sales Director. Jason was brought on to spearhead the agency’s commercial development strategy. With his bi-cultural background – Jason is French-American – and several successful experiences in international business development, Jason will oversee Pelham Media’s new content localization service: the Global Newsroom. Further details will be revealed soon!

Jason, 31 years old, earned his degree in Marketing from HEC Paris before starting a career in the language education sector. He helped two leaders, GoFluent and Télélangue, grow their business internationally and develop their market share in North America, Europe, and Asia.

 

Jason is not the only American to recently join Pelham Media: Megan Hobson, 25 years old, is agency’s newest editorial consultant. Megan previously managed communications projects for the Fondation pour la Recherche Stratégique, a think tank specialized in defense and security. Today, she works side-by-side with a client in the energy sector, helping optimize its internal communications materials for the company’s employees worldwide.

 

At WordAppeal, the newest Content Champions each bring international experience – and upbringing – to the agency:

 

Casilda Sanchez-Blanco, 25 years old, hails from Madrid and adds another language to the agency’s linguistic arsenal. Prior to this, Casilda worked for a Spanish start-up, defining the SEO strategy for the French version of its e-commerce site. Today, among her several clients, she oversees mailmastering for AREVA, helping to guarantee a quality online relationship with stakeholders across the globe.

 

Anati Méjanès, 25 years old, is franco-lebanese and fluent in German after completing part of her studies in Berlin. Before joining WordAppeal, she worked at PlaNet Finance, an international non-profit whose mission is to alleviate poverty through the development of microfinance. At the agency, she creates content for Air France’s corporate website, including news items which are then translated for the airline’s numerous country websites.

 

Cedric Van der Donk, 29 years old, joins WordAppeal from Belgium, where he grew up speaking French, Dutch, and English. Prior to this, he managed PR and e-influence projects at Interel, an international consultancy specialized in public affairs. At the agency, Cedric will manage the production of GEFCO’s internal magazine, which will be published in 8 languages and distributed to its 11,500 employees.
